going down hill

poor customer service. family owned business and the newer generation doesn't care. working so hard to build this restaurant from the ground up, it is sad for the older generation. even take out is lacking. mistakes in pizza and other orders are made in haste and on more than one occasion I've had this happen and the response is never positive, usually I'm to blame for ordering it wrong.

Losing its personal touch

The new generation that seems to be running this place has caused it to lose it's touch. I remember when I would be greeted with a smile and respect when I brought my family, now it seems that friendliness and kindness to customers is not a priority. The waitresses aren't the problem, the family needs to teach the new generation about commitment to the community and what it does to keep business...especially when there are other italian restaurants around. The food is incredible, just wish the owners were more in tune to the regulars and families.

Extremely Rude with an attitude

Ad's Pizza is what I grew up on. I now live 3 towns away and make my husband drive the distance because the pizza is so good. HOWEVER, I lost respect for this family owned establishment when I called to report to them that the pizza I called in and picked up was not even close to what I ordered. The employee (younger family member) responded "mistakes happen, what do you want me to do?" I requested another pizza at a discount for having to drive all the way back and was told "are you kidding?". I told this person after eating there for so many years with my family I had never been treated so rudely. I was told "if you're that unhappy, don't come back then, we have plenty of customers". They are eating their words...and I'm eating someone else's pizza.
